Alliance of Families for Justice to March Through Saugerties
On August 26th the Alliance of Families for Justice will begin an historic walk from NYC to Albany. On Sept 6th the march will stop in Saugerties.

There will be a program open to the public at Trinity Episcopal Church on the 6th, starting at 6 o’clock with a screening of the documentary film Profiled followed by a discussion led by Rabbi Jonathan Kleiger of the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, then music by Reggie Harris.
Town Hall Meeting in Kingston with U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will host a Town Hall in Kingston on Saturday, August 26th.
She’ll give brief remarks, then take your questions about everything from health care to the economy.
Staff will also be on hand to answer questions you might have about how the Senator’s office can assist constituents. This is the perfect chance to raise your voice on the issues you care about.
All are welcome to come. You can RSVP ahead of time at RSVPs are required and can be made in advance at www.gillibrand.senate.gov/kingstontownhall or you can same-day RSVP at the event, but space is limited.
